Shipping is to be had by way of USPS International Priority or International Express Mail. The USPS website online does not offer comprehensive tracking information for the Priority Mail service. If you require full tracking for the package we recommend the Express Mail service – its well worth the additional price for reliability of the service on my own. We have now discontinued offering the USPS International first class shipping as we had many packages not reaching their destination. Orders shipped by way of USPS International Priority mail generally arrive within 6-10 days after shipped. We have now, then again, experienced delivery times of up to 6 weeks as a result of delays postal networks and customs. USPS International Express mail service costs a bit more than Priority Mail but it is fully trackable and takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – IMPORT DUTIES
Import duties, taxes and charges don’t seem to be included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs place of business to resolve these additional costs BEFORE bidding/buying. These charges are in most cases collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or whilst you pick the item up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. International Priority Mail service will have to in most cases arrive within 6-10 days after shipped. We have now, then again, seen packages take up to 6 weeks as a result of delays in customs (this service does not provide tracking information). USPS International Express Mail in most cases arrives within 5 days and is the only trackable service. PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMS WILL DELAY SHIPPING.

Items sold by CYCLE-PLUS and shipped to destinations within California are subject to (7.5%) sales tax: California laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order.
Please refer to individual listing for item specific return policy if the item is to be had for a return option. ALL ITEMS ARE sold ?as-is? and don’t seem to be eligible for return unless noted in the listing specifically under shipping and returns. CYCLE-PLUS accepts the return of unused merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and/or original shipping charges if original items shipped for free. Buyer is accountable for all return shipping costs. A copy of the original invoice will have to accompany your return. All returned merchandise will have to be in new and unused/uninstalled condition. There is not any option for JRA or installed incorrectly items to be returned period. All bikes will have to be assembled by a professional mechanic before being ridden to test the product. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 DAYS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES TO BE PROCESSED.
